Refund Item

  • All return requests must occur within 30 days of your order date.

  • To initiate a return, fill out the form on the Contact page using the email used to purchase the product in the “email” field and include your order number and zip code in the “message” field. Further details may be required in order for a return request to be accepted.

  • Once accepted, a return shipping label will be sent to you via the email used to purchase the returned product.

  • Costs of return shipping are covered by us, but you are responsible for the cost of packaging (example: a shipping box). Refunds are issued only for the cost of the products returned. You will not be reimbursed for the original shipping cost you paid at checkout.

Exchanges

  • If you receive an incorrect item or the order was damaged or defective, please fill out the Contact form for assistance.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order or the order cannot be exchanged.

Final Sale Items

  • All sales on marked down items are final. Sale items, promotional items, clearance items and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

International returns policy
